Applications :
The ERCB receptacles interlocked with circuit breaders and EPG plugs are suitable for
Hazardous locations due to the presence of flammable hazardous gases or vapors, combustible custs or ignitible fibers.
Installation in petroleum refineries, chemical plants processing of grain, flour of starch, and storage areas where hazardous substances
are handled.
Damp, wet or corrosive locations.
Supply power to portable electrical equipments such as lighting fixtures, conveyors, motors or pumps.
Area where heavy duty receptacles and plugs are necessary.

Features:
– ERCB receptacles: housing with hinge cover four mounting lugs,
– mounting lugs, housing provided with vertical feed-thru conduit hub NPT thread, O-Ring gasket is provided at the flange of housing to protect against the ingress of moisture and dust or liguid, solderless lugs are provided for line connections, and receptacle is prewired to the loadside of breaker, spring load-cover, to protect dusts when the plug is not in sue, long grounding pole for maximum safety.
– EPJ plugs: cable clamp provide secure and non-slip termination,
– neoprene bushing and neoprene gasket for water-resistant.
– The key rib is provided in receptacle to engage the key slot of plug permitting entrance in only one position.
– Safety Lock-Knob mechanism for the plug can not be inserted or removed unless the switch is in ‘OFF’ position.
– To operate, pull up the Lock-Knob and fully inserted the plug into receptacle before the switch can be turn-on. Turn-off switch before pull up the Lock-Knob, then plug can be removed.
